What do you charge for Delivery?

 Delivery is free, but there is a minimum order value of £30.00 per week

 

Do you deliver on Bank Holidays?
Currently, we do not deliver on Bank Holidays.
Can I book a specific delivery slot?

All our deliveries are made in the morning. Unfortunately, we are not able to book specific slots.

Do you deliver to self isolating customers?
Yes – Please ensure to state in your ‘special instructions’ for each order if you are self-isolating so that the driver is aware in advance. All drivers are provided with gloves and masks to allow contactless delivery. If you have any concerns about your delivery, please contact us to discuss.

What happens if a product I ordered is not available?
Occasionally, there may be circumstances beyond our control that affect the availability of a product. Where possible we will find the closest alternative for you. If you are unhappy with the substitution, let us know and we can arrange a refund for the original item.
What if my order is missing items?

Please contact us on the day of delivery so we can fully investigate the issue to find out what has happened and resolve the situation.
